We are certainly at the point in our Continuous Improvement Model (CIM) to begin assessing current direction, evaluating and reevaluating not only results but the very goals themselves, redirecting false starts and miscues and then, of course, contingency planning.
My question to the Board of Education is...what will we do if DSGIII packs up and leaves? What's your plan? You nine do know you need to have a plan amongst yourselves exclusive of DSGIII, right?

DSG pack up and leave??!!! Oh joy, oh rapture!! Unfortunately, he's not going to pack up and leave because he's just too arrogant. As long as he can continue beating his chest by bullying employees, getting the board members to do WHATEVER he wants to do, and hiding behind statutes and policies, he's going to stay right here.
