I am glad you are running. It is easier to run your mouth than to run a body of people as you will soon find out. I will definitely vote for you.
I don't believe you can "Run People"...I'm looking to cooperate, negotiate and partner. The problem we have now is PEOPLE trying to RUN other PEOPLE! Tell you where to stand...when speak... when they want to share information... Nah. I want to TALK with the PEOPLE of PLAINFIELD. Like them -- I am Sooooooo tired of being TALKED TO!
There will be someone who will fill your void in blogosphere and write you are part of the problem. Only they will not write Renata, they will right BOE needs to be run out of town. There are folks on the blog who only agenda is to tear Plainfield down. It is sad. That is why I decided not to pursue my second career (first career 24 years in Army) in teaching in the city of Plainfield.
People said Jesus isn't the Son of God, but I know differently.
Honestly Tony -- I can't worry about what people say about me. I'm going to concentrate on what I do or don't do whichever serves the best interest of the children and this community.
I won't please everyone -- and I don't plan on trying to either.
Ooh Yeah -- And no one can replace me...this is my space. They can create their own and that's the best they can do. I plan to continue blogging... when I legally can I plan to share my Opinion as a public, not a Board member. It's my Right!
How did my comment merit a comment about about Jesus? Running for a local office with the population of 57 thousand and governed by man's law is not the same as the salvation of mankind and being the son of God.
And if you reread my comment I said nothing about your space (possessive aren't we)? I was talking about the void of being an outsider. Once you are elected you will be considered an insider.

Why are you writing in the 3rd person (...when people are listening..). I am writing to "you", I didnt open my "mouth" I am writing *smiling*.
In response to your "sorry you couldnt make the connection", I understood the connection I just didnt think it was apropos. I normally dont compare myself to Jesus or his work unless I am doing it that magnify his work, not mine. But that is just me *smiling again*
To answer your first question -- Because I want to!
And in reply to your other stuff --I'm not you -- so you should not expect me to act/react as you would. I am LIVING my life in the example of JESUS so everything I aim to do is with HIM in mind. I am always trying to magnify HIM. I don't pick and choose when.
You are a very presumptious... but I am patient, but if for a little while longer.
I hope you arent a Christian that uses the bible as a weapon to insult and minimize someone and to exalt yourself. That stifles honest conversations. I thought we were talking about you running for BOE position. One of the recommendations from the Transition Team was to move the Election from April to August. What are your thoughts on that?
Tony...Tony...there you go being silly. Christians don't make people feel bad with the WORD they use it to teach, inspire, uplift and yes when necessary correct. I have over 400 posts on this blog if YOU are really interested in what I think. Additionally,you can see me at the forums I'm sure will take place over this election season. I'll be glad to answer your questions then.
