Thank YOU to All the Community Members who came out last night to support the Board of Education: Candidate's Forum! Although attendance was not nearly representative of our city or our student populations -- those who made themselves available were certainly provided with enough information to consider a candidate for the April 21st election. And if last night was not enough -- the LWV Forum is just around the corner!
All 10 Candidates were present and presented their position as to why they would be the best fit for the Plainfield Board of Education. Each Candidate's profile can be found in the archive section of this Blog at the bottom of the page and to your immediate right ------>.
I extend my sincerest thank you to the candidates for their participation in last night's forum, and for sharing their views, passion and direction for the educational system and THE CHILDREN in our fair city. I look forward to supporting and working with whomever the constituents decide to honor with the position of Plainfield Board of Education Member.
