WOW! I think they're all true, and someone needs to contact the NJ Attorney General's Office.

If your below posting is true and these ladies NEVER HAD NJ certification, that is a CRIME!

I hope that some among us will do just that... We need to stop playing and stop being played!

I don't know a great deal about what is going on in regards to how long one can work in a job without upgrading certification for the state in which one works. Is there a window of time for these workers to get NJ certification? The language you use seems very extreme. Are you speaking for "the Citizens of Plainfield, New Jersey" or as one citizen? Is there an official notice being served on behalf of the residents? Where can one sign on to such a petition?

What you need to know has been published in the courier and star ledger with regard to the issues I write about...you need not take my commentary or my position on the issue. I speak for myself on behalf of my child and the education of the city I own property in. There is something known as a Provisional Teaching Program -- it's two years with a year renewal option. These ladies are not in such a program and in fact it is only thing either of this highly paid employees would qualify for and the salaries thereof would range between $42-47K. Check out the articles I mention to find out how much these folks (see October posting entitled "IF not now then when?" Add to this the lack of ample books for all school aged children and then you tell me if it is extreme. Is it extreme to expect children to learn and compete in a global economy without materials to support same? I'm not extreme but I am exacting!
