Exhausted and enraged, Raje turns and walks from the elevator towards the lobby. Finally able to speak Janet yells, “Wait for me honey, I, I, I can explain everything!”
Stopped short by the audacity of this bitch, Raje turned to face Janet. Only this time the look of love and longing that normally shone in his eyes was replaced with hurt and contempt and something new -- sadness.
Wordlessly, Raje raised his right hand, arm straight out in front of him and hand held palm out, and with such ease turned on his heel and walked out the Parker Inn never looking back.
