After yesterday's abysmal showing at the PEP Meeting last night...this parent, community member, writer, advocate, purveyor of information for empowering parents -- is just plain tired!
I’m off to rethink this whole PEP thing. May haps the time has come for me to take my baby girl and I to “greener” pastures.

I know that sometimes it is difficult and seems as if you are walking down this road alone, but you aren't. The community, parents, and most of all, children, need you. I hope that you think long and hard about it and after the smoke has cleared, I am sure that you will come out on top and realize how important you are to the community as a whole.
No don't quit, my wife is actually excited about the planned meeting about the charter high school. I know it may seem as you are working in vain, but it is people like you that make me even consider taking my daughter out of Sacred Heart.
Hey Augustine -- I have nothing to do with the Charter High School initiative...sorry.
Although -- I do encourage you and your wife to look into it!!!
